Anime Tattoos in West Palm Beach
An anime tattoo takes a character or a panel drawn for paper and rebuilds it for skin, where it has to survive decades of wear. I redraw every piece by hand for your placement and scale, in full color or in black and grey when you want the manga look. The process
Consultation
We talk through the idea, references, placement and size — in English or Spanish. You leave knowing the session length and the price.
Design
I draw your piece custom for your body. You see the drawing before the session and we adjust until it is right.
Session
Half day or full day at Wooden Heart Tattoo. Clean setup, calm pace, breaks whenever you need them.
Aftercare
You go home with written aftercare and my number. I check in while it heals and touch up if the piece needs it.
Questions
Can you tattoo any anime character?
Almost always. Send me the series, the character and a few frames or pieces of official art you like, and I redraw it at a size and placement that will hold up.
I do not trace screenshots — line weight has to be built for skin, not for a screen.
Do anime tattoos work in black and gray?
They do, and it is one of my favorite ways to do them. Dropping the color pushes the piece back toward the manga panel it came from, and it ages more predictably than flat color.
If you want the original palette, I will tell you honestly which colors hold and which ones fade.
Full color or line work only?
Both. Bold line work with grey wash goes faster, costs less and ages well; full color takes longer and gets you the on-screen look. We decide at the consultation based on placement and budget.
